Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with I.V. Auto. The Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older.


Opting In

You may enroll in SMS communications by:

  • Registering in person at an I.V. Auto location or event

CTIA Compliance & User Responsibilities

I.V. Auto’s SMS Service adheres to CTIA guidelines and industry best practices for responsible messaging. Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. I.V. Auto may suspend or terminate SMS communications to users who violate these guidelines or whose activity impacts system integrity.


Supported Carriers & Compatibility

Our SMS Service is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier, handset, or network conditions. Some devices or mobile plans may not support all message types.


International Messaging

The SMS Service is intended for U.S. mobile numbers only. Delivery to international numbers is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional carrier restrictions or fees.


Data Use & Privacy

Your participation in the SMS Service is governed by I.V. Auto’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which outline how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

  • I.V. Auto does not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Your number may be shared only with trusted service partners (e.g., SMS gateways, dispatch partners) for the sole purpose of delivering or supporting I.V. Auto communications.

  • SMS communication logs are retained only as long as necessary to support our services and meet operational or legal requirements.
